TICKET PURCHASES
Tickets purchased online, by phone, or in person are non-refundable or exchangeable except in cases where the performance is cancelled. In such instances, the entire amount will be refunded through the original method of purchase.
When purchasing tickets through the PDJ Cinemas (Romford) Ltd website or app, your transaction is conducted with PDJ Cinemas (Romford) Ltd. By procuring tickets using our service, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions specified herein.

Only products and services permitted by UK law are offered for sale via our website.
Our website is specifically designed for the purchase of cinema tickets and cinema-related products.
Please note that 3D glasses may be necessary for 3D films. While our booking pages strive to indicate whether 3D glasses are included, arrangements may vary among cinemas and shows. If uncertain, please contact the cinema directly.
Purchases made through our website are subject to ticket availability. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, and upon receiving on-screen confirmation, a contract is formed between you and your selected cinema.
An automated booking confirmation, detailing your transaction/reference, is sent to your provided email address. Please review this confirmation carefully, as rectifications may not be possible without immediate notification. Refund or cancellation requests are subject to the cinema's stated terms and conditions.
We recommend either printing a copy of your booking confirmation or ensuring its accessibility on your mobile device as proof of reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse booking requests on behalf of the selected cinema.
Please note that seat availability may change after initiating the booking process. Should this occur, you'll have the opportunity to select alternative seats if available.
Your seat selection may be automatically adjusted to prevent single seats from being unallocated.
Tickets purchased in advance can be collected from the Box Office by presenting your booking confirmation or credit card. Alternatively, an automated ticket collection machine (ATM) may be available for ticket retrieval.
Tickets must not be resold for profit.
Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes.
Promotional vouchers and discounts must be redeemed at the time of purchase, with certain offers subject to terms and conditions.
For age-restricted films (12A, 15, or 18), authentic identification must be presented upon request. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of entry and ticket refund.
Children under 1 year may attend U, PG, or 12A films if accompanied by an adult.
Children over 1 year require a ticket.
Booking reference and / or QR code must be presented for ticket collection.
If an erroneous booking is made, notify us immediately for possible amendments within one hour of the original booking; otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed.
Failure to attend a performance does not entitle you to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances determined by the Duty Manager.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable valid for 12 months from issuance, and cannot be exchanged.
Anti-social behaviour, including physical or verbal aggression, disturbance during the film, intoxication, copyright infringement, safety risks, smoking, or unauthorised alcohol consumption, may result in refusal of admission without refund or ejection.
We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property on our premises.

We reserve the right to search customers' possessions for safety and security purposes. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without refund.

FILM CERTIFICATION AND ID POLICY

12A Films:
Individuals younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult to view a 12A film.
Those aged 12-15 and anyone who appears younger than 12 must provide valid proof of age (e.g., passport) to watch a 12A film unaccompanied by an adult.
15 Certificate Films:
No one younger than 15 is permitted to watch a 15 certificate film without exception.
Individuals aged 15-17 and those who appear younger than 15 must provide valid proof of age to access a 15 certificate screening.
18 Certificate Films:
Only individuals aged 18 or older are allowed to view an 18 certificate film.
Anyone who appears younger than 18 must present valid proof of age.

The cinema staff, under the manager's authority, have the final decision regarding the acceptance of ID, and their decision is binding.

The balance on this card can be used for cinema tickets, refreshments, or other goods sold by PDJ Cinemas (Romford) Ltd.
This card is not exchangeable for cash or credit and is valid for 24 months from purchase or last top-up.
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards are not the liability of PDJ Cinemas (Romford) Ltd.
PDJ Cinemas (Romford) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw a Gift Card or cancel the balance of a Gift Card or to take any other action it deems appropriate at any time.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your rights under the law or excludes or limits our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. In all other circumstances, our liability to you shall be limited to the price paid for your ticket.
